Casablanca Marble & Granite, a leading provider of high-quality stone products and installation services, approached me on 21 May 2025 to strengthen their digital presence and reach new customers. As a business specializing in granite and marble countertops, they needed a comprehensive strategy to improve local visibility, engage with their target audience, and streamline their online presence. Our role included Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization, Web Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management (SMM), and full Web Development using WordPress.

Before starting the project, Casablanca Marble & Granite highlighted several key challenges:

Approach & Strategy

To address Casablanca Marble & Granite’s challenges, We implemented a multi-channel digital marketing strategy focused on three key areas:

Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization

A strong Google Business Profile (GBP) is essential for local businesses, and I started by optimizing their profile to improve their local rankings and visibility. The steps included:

  1. Crafting a keyword-rich business description to target local searches related to granite and marble countertops

  2. Uploading high-quality, geo-tagged photos of products and completed installations

  3. Ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across all platforms

  4. Posting regular updates to enhance their profile’s activity and relevance

  5. Encouraging positive reviews from satisfied customers to build trust and improve local rankings

These optimizations significantly improved their visibility in local searches, leading to more profile views and customer interactions.

Web Optimization (SEO)

In addition to GBP optimization, We focused on SEO to ensure that Casablanca Marble & Granite’s website could rank higher for relevant search queries. The web optimization strategy included:

  1. Keyword research focused on stone-related products, countertop installation, and local keywords like “marble countertops [City]”

  2. On-page SEO improvements, such as optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content

  3. Image optimization to ensure faster loading times while still showcasing the beauty of their products

  4. Internal linking to help with navigation and search engine crawlability

  5. Ensuring mobile responsiveness and improving user experience on all devices

As a result, the website gained higher rankings for target keywords, leading to increased organic traffic and engagement.

Social Media Management (SMM)

Social media was another critical element of the strategy. we developed a comprehensive social media management plan that focused on engaging their audience and promoting their services. This included:

  1. Creating visually appealing graphics and posts that highlighted Casablanca Marble & Granite’s products, services, and completed installations

  2. Showcasing before-and-after project photos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content to humanize the brand

  3. Posting regular updates about product offerings, trends in granite and marble, and home improvement tips

This helped increase their online presence and engagement, resulting in more brand awareness and inquiries.

WordPress Web Development

Finally, We completely redesigned and developed a modern, user-friendly website using WordPress that aligned with Casablanca Marble & Granite’s brand and services. Key features included:

  1. A clean, responsive design that showcases their portfolio of products and services

  2. A fast-loading website optimized for both desktop and mobile users

  3. Clear CTAs guiding users to get in touch, request quotes, and view available products

  4. SEO-optimized content focused on targeting relevant keywords

  5. Integration of a contact form for easy inquiries and lead generation
