That VR Place, a cutting-edge virtual reality entertainment provider, approached me on 10 November 2025 with the goal of increasing their digital presence and connecting with more customers interested in immersive VR experiences. As a business offering VR gaming, simulations, and entertainment, they required a comprehensive digital strategy to improve local visibility, build brand authority, and enhance their online booking system. Approach & Strategy

To achieve That VR Place’s goals, We implemented a tailored strategy that focused on local SEO (GBP optimization), social media management, and web development using Next.js to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.

Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization

The first step was to optimize That VR Place’s Google Business Profile to improve their local rankings and enhance visibility in the competitive VR entertainment industry. Key actions included:

  1. Writing a keyword-rich business description that highlighted their VR gaming services and immersive experiences

  2. Uploading high-quality, geo-tagged images of their VR facilities and equipment to attract local customers

  3. Ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across all platforms to improve local search results

These optimizations helped That VR Place achieve higher visibility on Google Maps and search results, leading to more profile views and direct inquiries from potential customers.

Social Media Management (SMM)

To enhance their social presence and engage more VR enthusiasts, We developed a social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving bookings. This strategy included:

  1. Creating visually captivating posts showcasing their VR experiences, gaming events, and customer testimonials

  2. Running targeted campaigns to increase visibility among local users, such as holiday discounts and special VR event promotions

  3. Posting educational content about VR technology, gaming trends, and immersive experiences to engage their audience

Website Development with Next.js
